🌱 The Reality I Feed: Prompting the Mindset That Grows What I Want
A daily benefit blog by Tracy
🌀 The Spiral and the Spark
Some days I feel like I’m spiraling—ruminating about people stealing my videos, losing momentum, or watching the world reward women for playing into objectification instead of depth. It hurts, especially when I know better. When I know that what I feed in my mind becomes real.
Lately, I’ve been reminding myself of something simple but seismic:
The reality I feed is the reality I grow.
So why spend energy on fear, comparison, shame, or loss? Why not prompt the version of reality that loves me back?
📊 I Rewired My Brain—And It Worked Fast
I recently saw a post that showed neurons literally growing and linking together in real time—based on thoughts alone. The claim was that it takes as little as three days to start rewiring your mindset.
I believe it—because I felt it happen.
I was on a walk recently, feeling a bit lost and low, when I started remembering all the times I won:
When I won the Top Dog Award at Miami Ad School
Making the cheerleading squad
Getting elected class treasurer
Landing big business for the company I designed for
And more recently:
10 Million views across multiple video channels
A comment from Christie Brinkley (!?)
Monetizing two channels in under a month
That walk became my turning point. I realized:
I’m not randomly lucky.
Success is already encoded into my algorithm.
But then came the snag: I found out someone had stolen my videos and was making money off them. It stung.
And then it hit me:
If someone else can make money off my content… then so can I. And better.
So I started watermarking everything, changed how I post, and stepped fully into my own value. That was the moment my mindset shifted—from victim to visionary.
🌟 5 Benefits of Feeding the Reality You Want
Emotional Clarity
When I prompt an abundant and peaceful reality, confusion fades. Even chaos becomes part of the design.Creative Flow Returns
Negativity clogs the pipeline. Better-feeling thoughts—even neutral ones—get things flowing again.More Aligned Opportunities
Empowered mindset = empowered magnetism. Clients, friends, and chances show up when I do.Improved Relationships
Feeding the good rewires how I show up—for myself and others. Less defensiveness, more love.Resilience Against Triggers
The bad stuff doesn’t disappear, but my ability to bounce back does improve. I spiral less. I pivot more.
🧬 Tricks & Tips for Rewiring in Real-Time
🔊 Name the Loop
Say it out loud: “I’m spiraling about XYZ. That’s okay. I’m going to choose something else now.”🤔 Flip the Script with “What If…”
What if today was exactly what it needed to be?
What if I’m not behind—I’m blooming?
🌿 Mini Visualization Hack
Picture your thoughts like a garden. Every thought is a seed. What are you watering today?🚶️ Mute & Move
Mute the app. Walk the block. Come back with a new vibe.🎵 Music as a Portal
Play a track that matches the frequency of the version of you who already has what you want.
🔮 Cultural + Conspiracy Vibes: The Two Wolves
There’s a Cherokee parable I keep returning to:
A grandfather tells his grandson:
Inside you are two wolves—one is fear, anger, envy. The other is love, joy, peace.
The child asks, “Which one wins?”
The elder replies: “The one you feed.”
It’s echoed in neuroscience (Hebbian theory: “neurons that fire together wire together”) and even on shadowy corners of TikTok where people talk about simulation theory and quantum attraction.
Is it ancient wisdom? A conspiracy? A spiritual remix of neuroscience?
Maybe all of the above.
Either way—it reminds me: I hold more power than I realize.
✨ Ritual: "Prompt the Reality You Want"
When I catch myself spiraling, I imagine I’m not just closing browser tabs—I’m prompting the next scene of my story.
Say aloud:
This tab doesn’t serve me. I’m prompting something new.
Place a hand on my heart or forehead. Breathe deeply.
Visualize closing out the thought loop like an old prompt.
Open a new one—where I’m safe, powerful, and creating.
🚀 Closing Thought
If you believe (like I do) that we’re co-creating reality in some way… then every moment is a choice.
So what if, just for tonight,
you closed the shame tab,
muted the spiral,
and prompted the reality that wants to bloom through you?
Because the truth is:
You’ve run this algorithm before. You can prompt it again. You know how to win.
